Email: Use the email that you gave when completing the membership application form.

Username: Your username is your first initial (capital letter) followed by your surname (lowercase). There is no space or hyphen for double barrelled surnames. So, for example, if your name is Jane Smith-Jones, your username would be: Jsmithjones.
